Processing Time:
Please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order.
If you have specific shipping needs, please e-mail
info@balletboutique.com and we can provide a RUSH service for an
additional fee.
Product Guarantee:
We guarantee that your merchandise will arrive in good condition or
we will return the full purchase price. Shipping on returns will be the
responsibility of the sender.
Order Discrepancies:
Discrepancies must be reported within three days of receipt of
shipment. Please double check your shipment against the packing list
which is included with your order. If a discrepancy is found upon
receipt of your order, please contact us via email at

resolve the issue in a timely manner.
Shipping:
Most orders will be shipped
within 24-48 hours. The standard shipping time for orders shipped via USPS is
2-5 business days according to state. If you require

Returns:
If, within 30 days of the shipment date, you are not satisfied
with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for
the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges.
Prior to returning an item, contact The Ballet Boutique via email at
info@balletboutique.com or by telephone at (888) 703-5541 to receive return
authorization.
Merchandise returned without
authorization will be refused. You may want
to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or
misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit
card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing
statement.
Please keep the original manufacturer's packing containers.
We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original
condition. We will return such items to you. To avoid a
restocking charge, please return your merchandise in the original
box and packing materials. Do not destroy or discard original
packing for 30 days.
