Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. However, delays do occasionally occur, so please allow 10-14 business days to receive your order. If you have specific shipping needs, please contact us and we can provide a RUSH service for an additional fee.

Gift Orders
Many of our customers take advantage of our gift wrapping service. For a nominal fee, we wrap your gift in a box adorned with pretty polka-dot tissue paper, pink wrapping paper, and a tulle ribbon. All gifts include a personalized gift card.

Order Discrepancies
Discrepancies must be reported within three days of receipt of shipment. Please double check your shipment against the packing list which is included with your order. If a discrepancy is found upon receipt of your order, please contact us or call 1-888-703-5541. We will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Product Guarantee
We guarantee that your merchandise will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price (minus shipping). Shipping on returns will be the responsibility of the sender.

Return Policy
The Ballet Boutique ensures our customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not, simply return the merchandise, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days and we will either exchange the product or refund your payment. Refunds will be made for your original purchase price minus our shipping costs.

Prior to returning an item, please contact us or call 1-888-703-5541 to receive return authorization. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Please keep the original manufacturer's packing containers. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition.

Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (excluding Puerto Rico/Alaska/Hawaii and APO):
Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours via USPS Priority Mail from New York State. The standard shipping time for orders shipped via USPS is 2-5 business days according to state. Occasionally we may need to ship via UPS or FedEx.

Express Delivery:
If you require faster shipping, please use the “Express” option during checkout. Most orders will ship via USPS Express Delivery (typically 1 to 2 days) or UPS Overnight.

Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico/APO:
Please place your order and we will email you an invoice for any additional shipping fees over and above what was charged during checkout.

Canada:
Please place your order and we will email you an invoice for any additional shipping fees over and above what was charged during checkout.
