Yes you can -- as long as
the item has not been shipped. Most
in-stock items will ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of order.

Of course! If, within 30 days of the shipment date, you are
not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or
provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping
charges.
Prior to returning an item, contact The Ballet Boutique at

authorization. Merchandise returned without
authorization will be refused. You may want
to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or
misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit
card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing
statement once we receive the returned item(s).
Please keep the original manufacturer's packing containers.
We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original
condition. We will return such items to you. To avoid a
restocking charge, please return your merchandise in the original
box and packing materials. Do not destroy or discard original
packing for 30 days.

occasions where information may come our attention from the
vendors after the placement of your order. Therefore, we
reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any

Currently we ship all packages using the United States Post
Office (USPS). We reserve the right to ship using FedEx or UPS.
At this time, we only ship orders to the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam
and Canada. We do ship to APO addresses. Unfortunately, we do not
ship internationally.
Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
We ship all U.S. orders Priority Mail which typically takes 2-5
business days. If you request your U.S. shipped package faster, we
can ship Express Mail which typically takes 1-2 business days. These
are estimated shipping times and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping time
is dependant upon the carrier.
Delivery of your order is estimated to be 3-10 business days.

holidays.
