To add items to the shopping cart:

  1. Our store features an "on-screen" shopping cart.  Simply select your options (quantity, size, color) and click on the “Add to Cart” button. You'll see your item in the upper right-hand corner of the store.  Once your product is added to the cart, you have the option to continue browsing or if you're finished shopping, click the "check out" button.
  2. You can view your cart at any time by selecting the "Cart" button.

Confirm Your Order:

  1. When you're done shopping, use the "Cart" button and verify the contents of your cart.
  2. If applicable, enter your gift voucher code in the appropriate box.
  3. Click  "Next" to continue.
  4. If you are an existing customer, simply log in using your email address and password.  If you're new to The Ballet Boutique, you must create an account.

Finalize Your order:

  1. Once your are logged-in to your account, verify your delivery and billing addresses.  If your billing address is the same as your delivery address, check the box labeled, "Use the same address for billing."
  2. Upgrade to Express shipping, if required.
  3. If you wish to add gift wrapping to your order, check the appropriate box and add a special message for the gift card. Please note that gift wrapping is not available on all items.
  4. Hit the “Next” button to proceed.   
  5. Select one of three payment options: Paypal, Google Checkout, and Money Order.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express through both the PayPal Checkout and Google Checkout. 
  6. Enter credit card information and expiration date. Our safe shopping guarantee keeps all of this information safe and private.
  7. The Ballet Boutique lets you know when we have successfully received your order by emailing a receipt detailing your purchase.

After you submit your order:

  1. We'll confirm your order via e-mail.
  2. We'll notify you of shipment via e-mail as your packages leave our shipping center.  Please note that certain orders will be shipped separately.  However, there will only be one shipping charge for these items.
  3. We'll alert you before processing your order if there is any change in price or status. Check our return policy to find out more about our 14-day money back guarantee.

Shop By Phone:

  1. Place the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart.
  2. Select “print” from your browser's navigation bar.
  3. Call us toll-free at 1-888-703-5541 and we will process your order over the phone.

Shop By Mail:

  1. Place the items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart.
  2. Select “print” from your browser's navigation bar.


Please include the following information:

  • Money Order for your order including shipping and sales tax (NYS residents only).
  • Billing Name, Address, and Phone Number
  • Shipping Name, Address, and Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Item Code(s) and Name of item(s) including size, color, etc.
  • Desired Shipping Method
  • Credit Card Number and Expiration Date
  • Your Signature

Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you, as well as a shipping confirmation with tracking information when the item is shipped.

Tracking orders:

The Ballet Boutique wants your items to arrive quickly and safely at the intended destination. We utilize online tracking for every shipment and will notify you of the tracking information upon request.

Returning orders:
The Ballet Boutique has a 100% shopping guarantee and will accept returns on all orders. Please see our returns policy for more information.

Canceling or Modifying an Order:
We will attempt to cancel or modify any order if we are contacted immediately. We will need to be notified before processing any order, which we normally do within 24-48 hours. We cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or modify your order, but we will make every attempt to do so. Please contact us with all of the relevant information.

How and when will I receive order and/or shipping confirmation:
We'll confirm your order via e-mail and we'll notify you of shipment via e-mail as your packages leave our shipping center.  Please note that certain orders will be shipped separately.  However, there will only be one shipping charge for these items. We'll charge your credit card when we send your order from the warehouse. We'll email you confirming your order as soon as we receive it. Save the email, because it includes an order number. We'll also e-mail confirmation of your shipment as soon as your package leaves our shipping center.

How come I didn't receive an order and/or shipping confirmation?
If you don't receive an order confirmation within 24 hours contact us. We send shipping confirmation e-mails when your order leaves our warehouse.

What do I do if my order arrived damaged?
Contact us so that we may remedy the situation. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at The Ballet Boutique. If you return a shipment due to damage, we'll refund the shipping charges. Read our Return/Exchange Policy for more information.

What do I do if my order is incorrect?
If we have made an error on your order, please contact us so we can quickly remedy the situation.

Why did I only receive part of my order?
If you just received your order, please be contact us. We usually pack and ship an order at once.

How can I return part or all of my order?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase at The Ballet Boutique. If you're unhappy with an item you purchased for any reason, return or exchange it within 14 days of the delivery date to our warehouse for a prompt refund. Read our returns/exchange policy for specific instructions.
